Rachel A. Miller is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Miller's practice area encompasses several aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class action lawsuits, wrongful termination, discrimination and workers' compensation claims.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Miller was a member of the Litigation Department at Sempra Energy in San Diego, California. She actively litigated labor and employment, environmental, land use, tort and business cases with Senior Litigation Counsel of a Fortune 500 Company.
