She advises clients in patent prosecution and litigation matters in a variety of technologies, including: wireless communication, broadcast, satellite communication, digital circuitry, analog circuitry, encryption, software, as well as semiconductor devices and fabrication.

Previously, Ms. Young served as in-house patent counsel for Qualcomm, Inc.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Ms. Young was a program manager and principal systems engineer for a major defense contractor
