Aaron J. Sobaski is an associate in the firm's Orange County office as a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group and Sports Industry Team.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Sobaski's practice focuses on the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of real estate. His practice also involves general corporate transactional work including commercial lending, asset and software purchase and licensing agreements, joint development agreements, and professional services agreements. Mr. Sobaski has represented clients such as DHL, The Presidio Trust, Lend Lease Corporation, Media News Group and Prudential Financial.
Mr. Sobaski has extensive experience in a variety of complex leasing transactions representing both landlords and tenants. This experience includes the negotiating and drafting of ground leases, office leases, and industrial/warehouse leases. In connection with his transactional real estate practice he has also negotiated and drafted complex purchase and sale, development, construction, and service agreements.
Mr. Sobaski also has experience in the development of mixed use real estate projects. This experience includes the drafting of CC&R's, establishing owners associations, and preparing filings with the California Department of Real Estate for condominium and timeshare projects.
Mr. Sobaski has worked in the sports industry and is in the process of researching and drafting articles related to stadium development and leasing.
