Mr. Snyder has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction claims, unfair competition, environmental litigation, construction defect, creditors rights, and partnership/shareholder disputes.
Mr. Snyder has specialized in representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors and developers in a variety of matters relating to the construction and real estate industry, including: representing developers and contractors in general business litigation; negotiating and reviewing construction, joint venture and development contracts; representing owners and contractors in payment disputes (including claims related to changed conditions, delay claims and claims to enforce liens, bonds and stop notices); representing developers and contractors in construction defect matters and representing developers in land acquisition disputes.

Representative Matters
Obtained a $2.1 million award in favor of a major developer in a breach of land sale contract.
Successfully defended claims by subcontractor against major developer and supplier for monies allegedly due on a cancelled construction project and obtained favorable verdict at bench trial.
Defended and resolved claims against property owner by two purchasers of adjoining properties regarding access and easement issues.
Represented subcontractor and successfully resolved a dispute with the owners regarding claims for disruption and delay damages.
Successfully resolved claims by owner against architect and engineer for claims relating to construction cost overruns due to design errors and omissions.
Successfully prosecuted claims by an electrical subcontractor against the Los Angles Unified School District for monies owed under modernization projects.
