Kelly Simpson

Kelly Simpson is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Orange County Office.  Ms. Simpson acts as an associate representative for the Orange County office and is also a member of the recruiting committee for the Orange County office. 

Areas of Practice

Ms. Simpson specializes in real estate secured lending transactions.  Her experience includes loan documentation, problem loan workouts, joint venture equity transactions and tax-exempt bond financings, including low-income housing bonds. 

Ms. Simpson represents various clients, including national banks, local and regional banks and other institutional lenders.
