Brenna Moorhead, AICP, is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Areas of Practice
Brenna Moorhead handles permitting and transactional matters for residential and mixed-use projects. She provides legal and strategic advice on federal regulatory matters involving the federal Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act. She handles state regulatory matters involving the California Endangered Species Act, Section 1602 of the California Fish & Wildlife Code, the Porter-Cologne Act, and the California Environmental Quality Act.
Ms. Moorhead also advises clients on due diligence, project planning, leasing, regulatory compliance, and regulatory appeals. She helped litigate cases venued in the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Moorhead previously worked as an urban planner and served on the Board of Zoning Adjustment for the City of Orlando, Florida.
