Ms. Rawcliffe is an associate in the Government Contracts, Investigations & International Trade Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Rawcliffe’s practice focuses primarily on international anti-corruption work, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), complex business litigation and arbitration, including fraud and breach of contract cases, and white collar defense. Ms. Rawcliffe advises corporations on the design, adequacy, and implementation of anti-corruption compliance procedures and works with companies to perform effective anti-corruption due diligence on various corporate transactions. She also conducts corporate internal investigations regarding possible violations of the FCPA and other international anti-corruption laws.
