Mr. Brooks's practice encompasses a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. He has particular expertise in the satellite, broadcast, and wireless industries, and regularly assists clients with regulatory matters such as licensing, transfers of control, media ownership reporting requirements, and rulemaking proceedings.
