Practice Group Retreats

Each Practice Group has an annual retreat, usually held at an upscale resort over the course of a weekend.  Associates and partners alike are strongly encouraged to attend and participate in group meetings and to work on their Practice Group's business plan. These retreats provide an appropriate mix of work and play and enable associates to better know their Practice Group colleagues in all offices.  Associates actively participate in these retreats and are often given leadership responsibilities.
