Dana Finkey is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles Office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Finkey has handled a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including matters involving breach of contract claims, allegations of unfair business practices, fraud and other business torts. She has also handled real estate disputes, securities litigation and trademark infringement cases.
She has spent considerable time preparing and opposing motions and ex parte applications, negotiating settlements, conducting and responding to discovery, and preparing for arbitration, mediation and trial.
Mrs. Finkey has experience in mediation and arbitration before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS/Endispute. Just recently, Ms. Finkey was part of a team that helped secure a $5 million arbitration award for a client in a major breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud case.
