David Levine is an associate in the Government Contracts, Investigations & International Trade Practice Group in the firm's Washington D.C. office. Mr. Levine has participated in bid protests, conducted internal investigations, and advised clients in the defense, software and technology, medical device, and financial industries on compliance with a wide variety of regulations. He has prepared voluntary disclosures and assisted clients in implementing corrective actions. Mr. Levine has represented clients before federal courts, administrative agencies, and international tribunals in a variety of complex litigation and regulatory matters.
Mr. Levine is a former Air Force Intelligence Officer whose service included rotations as the Squadron Intelligence Office for the 37th Bomb Squadron and a year-long deployment to Iraq as a trainer and advisor for Iraqi military intelligence personnel. In those capacities he liaised with national intelligence agencies and briefed executive-level leadership. He is the recipient of the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the USAF Commendation Medal, and the USAF Achievement Medal.
