Dawn G. Mayer

Dawn G. Mayer is an associate in the Tax Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Ms. Mayer focuses her practice on tax law relating to mergers & acquisitions, and the formation and operation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Mayer was an equity research associate in the capital markets group of a large bank in Philadelphia, focusing on companies in the specialty chemical industry (obtained Series 7 license).
