M. Eleonor Ignacio is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

M. Eleonor Ignacio concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, with a focus on breach of commercial contracts, business torts, product liability and employment issues.  She has litigated million-dollar, complex commercial matters while also representing clients in single plaintiff employment and product liability suits.  She manages all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her responsibilities include drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing and implementing discovery plans, trial preparation and mediation.
