Eric Wang

Eric Wang is a special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Shanghai office.

Areas of Practice 

Mr. Wang has extensive experience in private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He practiced with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston and Kaye Scholer in Shanghai where he counseled and assisted private investors, venture capital funds and emerging companies as well as multinational and domestic PRC companies in various corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public and private financing, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, securities law compliance and reporting, and technology licensing. His clients have come from such a diverse fields as software, internet services, consumer products, chemical, and real estate development.
