Jason Bosch is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Mr. Bosch represents clients in a wide range of business disputes, both as plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to his experience as a business litigator, Mr. Bosch has extensive experience with real estate disputes, consumer class action defense, and securities litigation.

• Has a solid track record of achieving favorable results for his clients early in the litigation process. For example, in a suit involving the construction of a $200 million international theme park, Mr. Bosch prepared an initial motion that led to the complete dismissal of the case.
• Representing a client who was facing a pair of lawsuits challenging his ownership of several million dollars worth of real estate, Mr. Bosch prepared an initial motion in each case that led to the complete dismissal of all claims in both courts.
• Representing a large public company facing a statewide consumer class action lawsuit, Mr. Bosch prepared initial motions that were granted by the Court and caused the plaintiff to dismiss the action without payment from the client.
• In a lawsuit involving a large residential real estate development project, Mr. Bosch prepared a motion for judgment that was granted in the middle of a long trial that was expected to last at least another full month. The client achieved a complete victory without having to finish the trial or call any of its witnesses.
