James G. Higgins

James G. Higgins is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Higgins represents owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in litigation, arbitration, and mediation involving public and private construction projects. In particular, Mr. Higgins has worked on projects involving oil & gas wells, geothermal pipelines, power plants, wind farms, bridges, public university telecom upgrades, large "mixed-use" developments, senior housing, and individual residential homes.

Mr. Higgins has extensive experience representing parties in commercial and real property contract disputes, and has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury lawsuits.
