Jeremy Keim

Mr. Keim is an associate in the Business Trial practice group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Keim’s background encompasses a variety of litigation and regulatory matters at federal and state levels including proceedings involving contract disputes, Lanham Act claims, merger approval, civil and criminal antitrust, joint use, real estate, government contracts, and intellectual property.

Mr. Keim also has experience in communications and FCC-related issues in wireline, wireless, and satellite areas including, for example, licensing, transfers of control, inter-carrier compensation, VoIP regulation, media ownership limitations, and joint use.
