Julie Komosinski

Ms. Komosinski is an associate in Corporate Practice Group and the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental practice Group in the Firm's Del Mar Heights office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Komosinski has real estate transactional experience in purchase and sale, financing, and leasing. She has represented owners of resort and commercial properties. Ms. Komosinski's corporate transactional experience involves matters for privately held, mid-market and public companies. Ms. Komosinski's practice includes merger and acquisition transactions, asset purchases, commercial contracts, venture capital, SEC filings and compliance and the formation and structuring of various business entities. She has represented clients in the software, life sciences, education, sports and telecommunications industries.
