Jessica S. Mailman

Ms. Mailman is an associate in the Government Contracts and Regulated Industries Practice Group in Washington, DC.

Areas of Practice 

Ms. Mailman regularly counsels clients in government contracts, administrative law, litigation and other procurement-related matters.  Her experience includes representing clients in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the Small Business Administration, ensuring contractors' compliance with federal procurement laws, and assisting in internal investigations.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Mailman practiced as a litigator in Philadelphia, specializing in employment law, construction law and insurance coverage.
