Ms. Rubash focuses her practice on all aspects of transactional media, entertainment, advertising and technology law.
Ms. Rubash's diverse experience includes representation of ad agencies, adTechs, advertisers, content creators, producers, studios, media and tech platforms and data licensors in a variety of transactions, including in connection with e-commerce, data and content licensing, agency services, content integration, co-promotion, sponsorship, endorsement, talent and production.
Ms. Rubash also works with clients on a variety of legal and regulatory compliance issues related to marketing and advertising, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, FTC and FCC rules and guidelines, online behavioral advertising principles (OBA) and COPPA. In addition, Ms. Rubash counsels companies regarding information security and privacy issues surrounding the Internet and emerging media platforms and advises producers and content creators in all aspects of development and production of television and motion picture projects.
