Mr. Sams is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Palo Alto office.

Mr. Sams has experience with a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and SEC reporting. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Sams practiced with Shearman & Sterling in its San Francisco office.
