Joseph Tadros is an associate in the firm's Orange County office and is a member of the Intellectual Property and Business Trial practice groups.
 
Areas of Practice

Mr. Tadros' practice involves general business litigation as well as intellectual property litigation, transactions and prosecution. Mr. Tadros handles enforcement of trademark rights and prosecution of marks at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Tadros also has litigation experience dealing with trademarks on the Internet and as domain names. Additionally, Mr. Tadros has counseled clients on copyright enforcement and infringement issues.

  • J.D., University of Southern California, 2005, member of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, served on the journal's executive board as Production Editor. Also participated in USC's Peer Mediation Program and was certified as a mediator in California.
  • B.A., Political Science, Yale University, 2002, co-directed the local office of a national, non-profit job employment agency, National Student Partnerships and gained insight into the complexities of operating a major organization
