Kyndra Casper is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Casper's practice emphasizes land use and environmental matters, including obtaining development entitlements, compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, land use due diligence, administrative proceedings and litigation. Ms. Casper has worked on a variety of land use projects throughout California. Ms. Casper assists land owners and developers through all stages of the entitlement and development process, providing counsel to clients on local planning and zoning regulations and related environmental matters. She also advises clients on land use and environmental regulations including the California Subdivision Map Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and environmental marketing laws. Ms. Casper also has experience in writ of mandate proceedings and real estate and environmental litigation.
