Karin Hunter Johnson

Ms. Johnson is an associate in the Labor and Employment and Communications Practice Groups in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Johnson has expertise representing management in employment discrimination suits and labor disputes. Ms. Johnson counsels employers on various labor and employment issues, such as compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), and the National Labor Relations Act ("NRLA").

Ms. Johnson also represents telecommunications companies before courts and state agencies in pole attachment disputes.
