Ms. Roberts specializes in labor and employment matters on behalf of employers, including wage and hour violations, employment discrimination, and collective bargaining issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act.

In law school, Ms. Roberts served as Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal.  She was a member of the school's Moot Court Board, competing in and coaching teams for the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition.  She also served as a legal writing tutor for international students at Wisconsin's East Asian Legal Studies Center, and as a teaching assistant in the university's Political Science department.

Prior to law school, Ms. Roberts was a reporter and editor for the Associated Press.
