Associate  

Ms. Young is an associate in the Finance & Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.  Ms. Young is also part of the firm's Global Climate Change team in the San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Young's practice encompasses general commercial lending, including real estate and asset-based financing, with a particular emphasis on loan workouts and restructuring.  Her practice also involves business bankruptcies as well as creditors' rights issues in the civil and bankrtupcy litigation contexts. 

Prior to law school, Ms. Young worked as a paralegal at several international law firms in securities, finance, and securities litigation. She also worked on political campaigns on a national, state and local level, with an emphasis on field organizing and voting rights protection.
