- Represented a producer of lasers, receivers, and custom products in its acquisition by Hisense, a Chinese electronics manufacturer.
Capital Markets – Debt/Equity Offerings
- Represented CHC Helicopter S.A. in connection with its registered exchange offer of $200 million in 9.250% senior notes due 2020 for a like amount of notes issued in private placement transactions pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.
