* M&A Corporate Transactional Associate

The Downtown Los Angeles office seeks a transactional associate with 4-6 years of corporate M&A experience.  Candidate should have extensive and continuous experience handling mergers and acquisition transactions.  Must be comfortable with drafting and negotiating complex documents, and running deals from start to finish.  Outstanding writing skills, experience at a law firm with a national reputation and strong academic credentials are required.
