*M&A Senior Associate / Special Counsel -- Corporate Transactional

The Downtown Los Angeles office seeks an attorney with 8+ years of Corporate Mergers and Acquisition experience. The attorney must have extensive experience handling M&A transactions and drafting and negotiating complex documents. Candidate will be responsible for running deals from start to finish, including supervising more junior team members. This position requires strong academic credentials and outstanding writing skills. Candidate should show continuous M&A experience at national law firms.
