Areas of Practice
Ms. Calder's practice includes land use and real estate litigation, with an emphasis on the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), water rights, real property, and condemnation actions. Ms. Calder has represented corporations, developers and other private entities in actions involving compliance with CEQA, and real estate disputes.
