Matthew Dysart

Matthew Dysart is an associate in the Entertainment, Media and Technology Practice Group in the firm's Century City office. 

Areas of Practice

Mr. Dysart works with independent production companies, sales agents and distributors on various aspects of motion picture development, production, finance and distribution, including rights acquisition and talent services agreements, single and multi-picture production and P&A financing arrangements, and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Mr. Dysart worked with an entertainment transactional practice in Los Angeles and a corporate restructuring practice in New York.
