Mr. Gallion is a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Gallion focuses his practice on defending companies in all aspects of labor and employment law. Mr. Gallion has developed a special expertise in handling class and complex litigation, including nationwide, high-stakes wage and hour and discrimination disputes. Mr. Gallion also represents a broad array of clients in single plaintiff employment litigation and routinely advises clients on the most challenging aspects of employment law, including wage and hour compliance, leave and accommodation issues, issues related to mergers and acquisitions, and reductions in force. Mr. Gallion represents clients in a number of industries, including retail, hospitality, real estate, entertainment, insurance, and healthcare.
