Mr. Holder is an associate in the Business Trial practice group in the Del Mar Heights office. Mr. Holder also works in the Labor and Employment practice group, as well as the Construction, Environmental, Real Estate and Land Use Litigation practice group.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Holder has a wide array of experience in complex civil litigation, as well as labor and employment litigation. He has worked extensively with fact and expert witnesses during discovery and trial, and has significant briefing experience in the pleading, discovery, trial, and appellate stages of litigation. Mr. Holder has represented clients in state and federal court, as well as before numerous state and federal agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board. His experience includies disputes involving the following claims:
