Melika E. Martin

Melika Martin is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Santa Barbara and Palo Alto offices. She is a member of firm's Capital Markets team, Emerging Companies/Venture Capital team and the Fashion and Apparel team.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Martin specializes in corporate transactional matters for both private and public companies from start-ups to publically traded companies in the United States and globally. Ms. Martin's practice includes private placements of equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, public offerings, corporate governance, proxy, stock exchange and securities law compliance and representing clients with respect to general corporate law and business matters. Ms. Martin has worked with clients in a wide range of industries including private equity, technology, fashion, manufacturing, professional services, and entertainment.
