Misti Schmidt is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco Office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Schmidt's practice involves the acquisition, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate, as well as transactional and permitting matters for residential projects. She also has experience with bond financing and bankruptcy work outs and is the associate coordinator of our Climate Change and Clean Technology Blog. In addition, Ms. Schmidt organizes the firm's monthly participation in the Housing Negotiation Project sponsored by the San Francisco Bar Association's Volunteer Legal Services Program.
