Mark Watkins

Mark Watkins is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Watkins primarily represents privately owned middle market companies in a wide range of industries.  His principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, finance, real estate and commercial transactions and general business counseling.

He acts as principal outside counsel for various emerging and established companies in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Mr. Watkins also provides general business advice to educational, religious and other not-for-profit entities.
