Speaker:
Shari B. Libicki, Ph.D., Global Air Quality Practice Area Leader at ENVIRON Holdings, Inc., specializes in air quality and greenhouse gas management, including, air pathway risk assessment, air quality compliance and permitting negotiations, and the development of greenhouse gas management strategies under CEQA. She is experienced in using chemical engineering models to estimate greenhouse gas and chemical emissions, and advises industries and developers on compliance with emerging greenhouse gas regulations, including California’s AB 32. Dr. Libicki served on the SB 375 RTAC committee, and is on the faculty of Stanford University’s Chemical Engineering Department.
