Neil Ray
Attorney with Sheppard Mullin
Neil is a dual qualified UK/US attorney in Sheppard Mullin's International Trade Regulation Practice Group with substantial experience advising U.S. companies on a broad range of international business matters with an emphasis on European business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing, distribution systems, and import/export compliance.

Brad has had a successful career both working as an attorney at a law firm and as an in house attorney at a number of publicly held technology companies, including Captiva Software Corporation, where he worked for then CEO Reynolds C. Brad has complete responsibility for the management of all of Kofax's in-house attorneys, our use of any and all external law firms and our corporate Secretary function.

Thomas R. Patterson Jr.
Vice President, Financial Operations, Qwest Software
Tom Patterson focuses on Quest's day-to-day Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Corporate Development and worldwide tax function. Tom previously served in the capacity of Director, Finance & Tax for Quest from 2003 through 2007, focusing primarily on the development and management of the worldwide tax function, worldwide tax strategy, mergers & acquisitions, global expansion planning and financial process improvements.  

Ralph Koehrer
Chairman of the Board, Aditech Inc. 
Ralph Koehrer is the Chairman of the Board of Additech Inc. and, in the absence of a CEO, currently serves as Executive Chairman. Additech provides consumers with an automated system for cleaning and maintaining their automobile fuel systems. For the last fifteen years, he has served as CEO at several companies, including Anacomp, Inc., a company offering electronic document storage, printing and micrographic services, with annual revenues of over $400 million, Media DNA, Inc., a digital rights management company, and Inceptor, Inc., an e-commerce company. For the previous eleven years, Ralph served as President of ADP's Brokerage Information and Processing Services business. Ralph serves on the boards of several other venture capital-funded companies and nonprofit organizations. Ralph was educated in the United Kingdom at St. Dunstan’s College and Thames Polytechnic.
