The program will focus on key issues in the land use approval process today and the major regulatory hurdles facing development projects: CEQA issues (including global climate change, energy, urban decay, and air quality) and adoption of big box ordinances - and will offer practical advice on how developers can structure transactions to limit these regulatory risks.
