Land Use Issues for Development Projects
The Latest Issues and Trends

Judy V. Davidoff and Miriam Montesinos - Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP

Theani Louskos and Andrea Soria - Bartko, Zankel, Tarrant & Miller

Our speakers, Judy Davidoff and Miriam Montesinos, specialize in land use, environmental and development law for projects throughout California. The program will focus on key issues in the land use approval process today and the major regulatory hurdles facing development projects: CEQA issues (including global climate change, energy, urban decay, and air quality) and adoption of big box ordinances - and will offer practical advice on how developers can structure transactions to limit these regulatory risks.
