Israel

The Israel team is comprised of lawyers with expertise in high-tech and life sciences intellectual property matters, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private securities offerings for both inbound and outbound matters.  The Team represents U.S. and Israel based companies, venture funds and other investors with cross border interests.  With several Hebrew speaking attorneys, one of whom resides in Israel, the Team is dedicated to strengthening the ties between the Israel and U.S. business communities.
