Sheppard Mullin Adds Corporate Partner Scott Hudson: Latest Addition to Expanding New York Office Grows East Coast Transactional Practice
Print PDFSeptember 19, 2005Scott N. Hudson has joined the New York office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP as a partner in the Corporate practice group. Hudson was most recently with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in New York.
Hudson's practice focus is mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity investments and general corporate matters. He has represented clients in matters across a broad array of industries, including telecommunications, cable television, media, software and consumer marketing.

Hudson’s experience includes representing cable television and other communications and media companies in acquisitions, joint ventures and equity investments, a publicly traded telecommunications company in acquisitions and other strategic transactions, a U.S. television broadcaster in the negotiation of a joint venture with a Mexican joint venture partner and a South Africa telecommunications company in its privatization.
Hudson earned his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1994 and his undergraduate degree from the Hampton University in 1990.
