Sheppard Mullin Represents ICM Partners in Acquisition of Stellar Group and Launch of ICM Stellar Sports Division
Sheppard Mullin represented Los Angeles-based International Creative Management Partners (“ICM Partners”), one of the world’s largest talent agencies, in its acquisition of London-based sports agency Stellar Group, creating ICM Stellar Sports, a new division of ICM Partners. Stellar Group is one of the largest sports agencies in the world, representing more than 800 client athletes across sports, including football, cricket, rugby and esports. The agency has about 130 employees spread among offices in the U.K. as well as Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Denmark and other countries. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team was led by partner David Sands and included partners Jennifer Lee and Keith Gercken and associates Aerin Snow, Bobby Chipman, John Crisp and Nicole Danesh.
