Ryan Connor

Mr. Connor is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Del Mar Heights office.  He is a member of the SMRH Action Sports Team, Sports Industry Team, Corporate Team, Labor Team, M&A Team and Emerging Company Team. 

Areas of Practice

Mr. Connor specializes in corporate transactional matters for both private and public companies of all sizes, including start-ups, mid-markets and publicly traded companies in both the United States and abroad. Mr. Connor's practice includes private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, SEC filings and compliance, equity compensation, and general matters relating to the structuring and operation of various business entities. Mr. Connor has worked with clients in a wide range of areas including the action sports, recreation, education, energy, software, telecommunications, medical device, life sciences, and health care industries.
