Rebecca R. Hirschklau is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's New York City office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Hirschklau specializes in representing management in labor and employment matters. Ms. Hirschklau has defended employers in various types of labor and employment disputes, including matters involving harassment, retaliation, and discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, national origin and disability, as well as, breach of contract claims, defamation claims and allegations of whistle blower retaliation. Ms. Hirschklau has experience representing employers in New York State and federal court, as well as, administrative tribunals.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Ms. Hirschklau was an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department.
