Mr. Pugh is a partner in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Pugh specializes in commercial finance and debt restructuring, representing both lenders and corporate borrowers.
His practice includes documenting and closing debt financing transactions such as syndicated senior credit facilities, asset based loans, acquisition financing, mezzanine financing, debtor-in-possession financing and Chapter 11 exit financing.
He also does a substantial amount of work for clients in loan workouts, corporate restructurings, loan enforcement and foreclosures.
Mr. Pugh frequently advises clients on issues that arise under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code in connection with the structuring of secured loan transactions and the enforcement of remedies.
