Stacy J. Dollarhide

Ms. Dollarhide is an associate in the Entertainment, Media and Technology Practice Group in the firm's Century City Office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Dollarhide focuses on a variety of transactional entertainment matters, including motion picture production and distribution, motion picture and video game finance and secured transactions.

Ms. Dollarhide has worked with motion picture studios, distributors, video game developers and publishers, financial institutions and independent producers on various types of motion picture financing transactions including international film fund representations, independently financed projects, multipicture production financing arrangements and financing of tax credits and rebates.  Her experience includes structuring, negotiating and documenting all aspects of credit facilities and equity investments in connection with entertainment projects, as well as rights analyses, chain of title review and analysis, negotiating and documenting distribution and licensing arrangements and representing new media companies in connection with online ventures and revenue sharing arrangements.  Ms. Dollarhide also counsels clients with respect to co-promotions and a variety of other marketing and branded entertainment matters. 

Ms. Dollarhide has recently been involved with motion picture projects such as "Coraline", "The Unborn" and "The Men Who Stare At Goats".
