Scott B. Lieberman

Scott B. Lieberman is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group and resident in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

As a member of the Business Trial Practice Group, Mr. Lieberman handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation. Mr. Lieberman represents buyers, sellers, brokers and investment bankers in connection with all aspects of business acquisition disputes. Mr. Lieberman also represents developers, owners and contractors in a variety of real estate, construction defect and construction-related disputes. He also represents and advises clients regarding partnership and corporate control matters.

Mr. Lieberman's clients include publicly traded companies, some of the nation's largest private equity companies, and smaller, privately held companies. Mr. Lieberman is actively involved in all aspects of litigation in both federal and state court. His clients call upon his experience to develop and implement effective strategies to advance their interests and to help them confront and solve their legal challenges.

As a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, Mr. Lieberman's practice encompasses various types of employment litigation, with a specific emphasis on wage and hour class action lawsuits. He also represents and advises clients on unfair competition, discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation suits.
