Tim Epp is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Orange County Office. He was formerly Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for the Taylor Made-adidas Golf Company.

His experience includes negotiating licensing agreements, endorsement agreements, research and development agreements, supply agreements, confidentiality agreements as well as managing all forms of intellectual property assets.
