Tina Rad

Tina Rad is an associate in the Labor and Employment and Intellectual Property Practice Groups in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Rad specializes in labor and employment law representing employers.  She defends against individual and class action lawsuits alleging wage and hour violations, breach of contract, claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other related matters.

Ms. Rad's practice also includes the intersection of employment law and intellectual property law.  She is a member of the firm's National Noncompete and Trade Secrets Team.
