Tony Shen is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Shanghai office.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Shen has experience in the areas of corporate law, intellectual property, and commercial disputes. He has represented clients in a range of business transactions, as well as creditors in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
Mr. Shen has particular expertise assisting clients on anti-counterfeiting efforts in China. He also assists clients with digital copyright protection on the Internet and is experienced with Internet investigations and takedowns. He has substantial training in the field, including participating in the online audio and video legal regulation program sponsored by the State Administration of Radio Film and Television.
